Yes. Fields, workflows, reports, access rights and document layouts are all configurable without code. For deeper needs, our open API and developer tools let you build your own extensions.
Our support team is available by phone, email and live chat, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00. Business and Enterprise customers also get a named account manager.
Iram is billed per user per month, with no setup fee for standard plans. Implementation projects are quoted separately and at a fixed price, agreed before we start.
Hosting, backups, security updates, new releases and standard support are always included. You can add modules and users at any time.
Most small and mid-sized companies go live in four to eight weeks. Larger, multi-site projects are planned in phases so your teams keep working throughout.
In certified data centres in the EU, with daily encrypted backups kept in a second location. Your data stays yours: you can export it at any time.
